How to use:
When you start to crave a snack, go to the Snack Distractor Menu and choose which visual noise you want to see.
Press play and watch the static until your craving is gone, usually 10 or 20 seconds. You can watch it as long as you want. When your craving is gone, exit the app or visit The Distraction Tracker to keep a log of your uneaten snacks. Select “yes” or “no” to answer whether you ate the snack. You will see the total number of snacks avoided that day.
